You Did It!

HJR 49 was defeated early today on third reading. The success in defeating this measure, which would have destroyed Missouri’s judicial nominating system is being given to the tremendous grassroots effort waged to defeat the bill.

Thanks to your efforts, nearly 1,000 phone calls and emails were placed to members of the Missouri House of Representatives. Your voices made the difference and enabled us to stand up to the special interests and politicians who want to politicize Missouri’s non-Partisan Court Plan.
